2. Eligibility for Refunds

You may request a refund within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions outlined below. Please note that dietary supplements are subject to hygiene and safety restrictions; we can only accept returns of unopened products in their original, sealed packaging.

3. Conditions for Returns

  • The product must be unopened and in its original, sealed packaging
  • The refund request must be made within 30 days of the delivery date
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) may be required
  • The product must not have been damaged by the customer or during return shipping

4. Refund Process

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at admin@thunmarephel.world with your order number, name, and reason for return
  2. Our team will review your request and confirm eligibility within 2–3 business days
  3. If eligible, we will provide return shipping instructions and a return authorisation
  4. Ship the product to the address we provide, using a trackable shipping method
  5. Once we receive and inspect the product, we will process your refund within 14 business days

5. Refund Method and Timeline

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Processing time depends on your bank or card issuer; typically, funds appear within 5–10 business days after we process the refund.

6. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refund:

  • Opened products or products without original packaging
  • Products past their expiry date
  • Products damaged by the customer
  • Shipping costs (unless the return is due to our error or a faulty product)

7. Faulty or Damaged Products

If you receive a faulty or damaged product, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs, in accordance with New Zealand consumer law.

8. Consumer Rights

This policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under New Zealand law. If goods are faulty, not as described, or do not do what they are supposed to do, you may have additional rights to a refund or replacement.
